Mr. Apol is one of the founding principals of CFR. He has spent 25 years in the real estate business and has a wide range of experience in real estate brokerage, development and management. He specializes in sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties as well as the sale of land.

Mr. Apol has a thorough understanding of the commercial real estate needs of corporate clients and he has provided a variety of consulting service to Fortune 500 companies. His projects include: consulting services for - Northrop Grumman (120,000SF warehouse/office); property management for - General Electric (500,000SF warehouse/office), First Union Bank (112,000SF warehouse); AmSouth Bank (40,000SF office), and Credit Suisse Private Banking (office condominiums); and brokerage and sales for - MetLife (129,000SF retail), First Union Bank (75,000SF retail), New York Life (110,000SF retail) and Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (85,000SF office).

Mr. Apol graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree and he has an MBA from the University of North Florida. He holds the CCIM real estate designation and has met the requirements to become a Florida real estate broker and a certified building contractor. His professional and civic affiliations include: Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Association of Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), Chamber of Commerce-Cornerstone Investor, Hart Group International and Boy Scouts of America-Eagle Scout.
