Ms. Gallagher is a broker with CFR who has over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate business working for both private developers and commercial brokerage houses. Prior to joining CFR, Ms. Gallagher was with Summit Commercial Properties, Inc., Cushman & Wakefield and she was director of leasing for Pylon Investments Realty Corp. of Boca Raton, Florida. She has closed more than 1 million SF of office transactions in her career and she has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies including: AT&T, Lanier Worldwide and Bell South.

Her areas of specialization include: landlord/tenant representation for both office and office-flex projects, commercial sales and leasing, retail, and day care facilities. Major properties she has represented include: Windsor Park, Corporate Center at Southpoint (521 acre PUD at 95 ), One Prudential Plaza (580,000SF), Two Prudential Plaza (780,000SF), and the Regency Electric Building (35,000SF).

Ms. Gallagher graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. She is a licensed Florida real estate broker. Her professional and civic affiliations include: Juvenile Justice Department – Site selection committee, Jacksonville Commercial Investment Council Member, Brokers Advisory Committee, Commercial Development Task Force, Northeast Florida. Association of Realtors, and Jacksonville Museum of Contemporary Art – Art Enrichment program.
