Mr. Reed is a founding principal of CFR who has nearly 30 years experience in the industrial and office business. His areas of specialization include: marketing industrial and office space for landlords; tenant representation for industrial and office space, and site selection for commercial, industrial and office projects.

Projects that he has completed include: site selection for – Auld & White (60,000SF office), Swindal-Powel Co. (70,000SF showroom/warehouse), Maidenform, Inc. (67,000SF distribution center), and PTC Aerospace Division (63,000SF manufacturing plant); tenant representation for – Philip Morris USA (6,100SF office) and ITT Educational Services, Inc. (15,000SF training center); and leasing and sales for – HomeSide Lending, Inc. (49,000SF office lease), Citibank Universal Card Services Corporation (46,000SF office lease), Londontown Corporation (120,000SF distribution center lease), Boise Cascade Corporation (54,500SF distribution center lease), Allied-Signal Inc. (230,000SF office facility sale), The Pinnacle Co. (14.3 acre land sale), DiGiorgio Corp. (125,000SF manufacturing plant sale), AT&T (9.17 acre land sale) and Mead Corporation (35,000SF warehouse sale).

Mr. Reed graduated from Union University with a Bachelor of Science degree and he holds the CCIM real estate designation and is a licensed Florida real estate broker. His professional affiliations include: Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute (CIREI), Florida CCIM Chapter, District V.P. (1998), Marketing Committee Co-chairman (1999), Northeast Florida Association of Realtors (NEFAR), Florida (FAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR), National Association of Industrial/Office Parks (NAIOP), Chapter President (1987).
