Tyre is a founding principal of CFR who has 28 years of real estate
brokerage and development experience in the Florida market. His
areas of specialization include: site selection for commercial
projects, leasing and sales, build-to-suit industrial and commercial
projects and marketing industrial parks. Mr. Tyre won the 1997
Golden Triangle Award for the top industrial producer in the Northeast
Florida Realtor’s Association. Projects that he has completed
include: ACE Electric & Lighting Showcase (sale 42,000SF),
Sleiman Enterprises (sale 50,000SF warehouse), Natureform (sale
70,000SF headquarters facility), Jacksonville Museum of Contemporary
Art (sale 18,000SF building), W.W. Gay (sale 75,000SF office/warehouse),
Winn Dixie (sale 50,000SF marketplace), McMillan Bloedell (25,000SF
office/warehouse lease) and Braswell Services Group (35,000SF
